Using this device and a ladder, I was able to quickly reconfigure the antenna and improve the signal strength from 79% to 91%. All HD channels are now clear even in storms and through trees. A few nuances, carefully read the instructions. The device switched to maximum gain when I tried to place it at the base of the pelvis. I had to connect it to a wire near the ground to avoid interference from the dish. Also, it's powered by a satellite receiver, so you'll need to connect both ends before you see any gain.
