Sometimes it's worth playing less expensive things. For example, my incredibly expensive Corsair Dominator ddr4 4000 RAM dropped and got me in trouble. I either had to invest in another $600 set of these things or roll the dice for some very cheap stuff I could get on Amazon the next day. I figured why not order both, and if the cheap stuff doesn't work, the expensive stuff is still on the way. Needless to say, I canceled the expensive Corsair Dominator and have been riding and loving this oddly named shiny ram for the past month. Plunger speed has decreased from 4000 which was before. I've been using this for a week while gaming and have never had any crashes in games or any issues on my computer. So I decided to stress test this RAM and after 6 hours of grueling stress testing I had no issues. I ran Boost 800MHz on these 3200MHz chips with the same CL. I am literally beside myself with dizziness. All in all, it was a game I was really looking forward to and I was incredibly surprised by the results. I got the equivalent of $600 plus a ram for what and an eighth the cost? They also performed slightly better than my old Dominators. Now I'm not sure if they rated these sticks very low or if I won the silicone lottery, but of course I'm VERY impressed!
