Probably fine. like regular glasses. The problem is that I was specifically looking for safety glass for the terrace. He should have a reasonable chance of surviving at least one fall. I don't understand how "unbreakable" these glasses can be if they don't stand up to shipping, individually wrapped, surrounded by bubble wrap, in a box within another box. Again, I wasn't looking for the highest quality crystal, I was just looking for something that had a reasonable level of durability. I don't think these millimeter-thick glasses will survive a cycle in the dishwasher, let alone a party.
