These brackets measure 3 mm wider that the stock brackets that I pulled out, After cleaning shelf where these brackets slide into. I attempted to install new left bracket and I tapped with rubber mallet. No dice. much to snug, so I measured bracket and no way it was going to go in without my 5lb Ford tool hammer. I removed these brackets, because my vehicle was in pieces, I was forced to go to local auto store and buy moog full lower control arms/brackets. Moog slid in with no issues. My fear about hammering in these brackets is that the alignment shop could not adjust toe in because these are so oversize.Save your time and just splurge for quality replacement parts. These suck!
