Absolutely perfect fit for my 1988 GL1500. Take your time and print out one of the instructions if you are doing it yourself. Turning the fairings on and off was perhaps the hardest part of the job. If you are concerned about not being able to align the timestamps correctly, DO NOT ATTEMPT to do this work yourself. The valves in the GL1500 will contact the piston if the timing is not properly aligned. This can lead to severe engine damage. That warning aside, the project took me and my son about 3 hours to complete. I recommend these belts for a 1988 Honda GL1500.
