Review on Heavy-Duty Utility Knife With Zinc Alloy Body, Rubber Grip Handle & Retractable 3 Position - Plus Extra 5 Blades Refills And Safe Box Cutter Design By WORKLION by Emanuel Frison

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is such an upgrade to older, beat-up models that I have

One of the nicest things to do for yourself if you are a DIYer is to upgrade everyday, workhorse tools like your utility knife (knives). I have around three of them that are a bit beat up, so I really apprecaite the WORKLION Heavy-Duty Utility Knife Retractable: Zinc Alloy Body & Rubber Grip Handle. The triggers and button work smoothly. The handle is slightly larger than my older ones, and more ergonomic. The orange stripe makes it easier to find than a solid grey model. It's clear how to quick-change a blade from the information on the back of the product card -- in fact, this may help me finally know how to operate this feature on my older utlity knives as well. Finally, the quality of this knife and the new blade it arrives with, allowed me to use it to do some rather delicate cutting, including through the top of a seed package where part of the fold had gotten ripped. I was able to lift the fold up and cut it so as to make the packet reusable, which required a delicate touch. Also of note is an. enclosed cartridge of spare blades, on-board storage of two blades, and a quick-release feature for the blade. I may have to retire my older utility knives and get another WorkLion.
