Review on LuxorCRM by Eddie Gordon

It is very user friendly! I have been able to use it for my own business as well which helps me understand how other companies are using this software in order to best utilize their services themselves. The support team has helped us implement our needs into an effective program so far but they could be more proactive about answering questions or implementing new features we need at times when asked by customers who may not know what those specific functions entail yet. We do all of our sales prospecting through luxorcrm because its free compared to others out there like zoho etc..
