I like that it has many different options to customize your menus as well as have multiple versions of each menu item you can choose from! You could spend hours customizing everything but then would be lost when making changes later because there are so many items in front of me at one time!! If they had an option where users didn't need to go through all steps just make sure things were what we wanted them to do before going live with it. The customer support team are super friendly! They do their best to help you out with any issues that arise during your first month of using them as well as ongoing after this time too. I've no complaints so far - everything has been great from start-up through implementation/training etc. It's really easy to use once set up correctly (and they have very good step by steps guides available). There isn't anything in particular about it yet but we're looking at adding some customisation features

The ability to do all my billing in one place. The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that I can see my entire account at any given time. I dislike that I have to pay a monthly fee to use the system. I would recommend SmartPrice to others in the HVAC industry because of the user friendly system.
