The customer support team are super friendly! They do their best to help you out with any issues that arise during your first month of using them as well as ongoing after this time too. I've no complaints so far - everything has been great from start-up through implementation/training etc. It's really easy to use once set up correctly (and they have very good step by steps guides available). There isn't anything in particular about it yet but we're looking at adding some customisation features soon which will hopefully be useful when creating new products or services within our business scope i.e., different brands / sizes e.g. bathroom taps vs kitchen sinks.
