I'm so disappointed again. I once had a cutter/shovel, it was the only knife I've ever used because it was so sharp, durable and versatile. Every time I get one of these I'm fooled by the reviews saying they're the best. I don't know their motives behind their 5 star ratings but this is just another square piece of metal that is NOT sharp AT ALL. EVEN after an hour of sharpening with one of the best sharpeners. I suppose the piece of plastic on the edge is there to protect me from being cut by the blade. Ha! If anything, it might tickle me, or maybe scrape off an existing scab. But this metal square is NOT a knife! The bowl scraper would have been better if it had a stick on the end so my hands wouldn't get batter on it. I like measurements. Instead of walking across the kitchen to see the magnetized version, or whipping out my phone to google it, I can just comfortably rummage through my dish drawer until I find that "hard-to-see" black object that's sure to be far gets stuck behind. in the dark box to find a rare transformation I didn't know about.
