I like that every order has its own line item so if you change something it will update itself without having another employee re-enter information! It doesn't have much automation when tracking down an issue or submitting invoices - still requires manual entry of times worked/invoiced etc by myself & staff member who submits invoice (which we use via email).
We're solving our communication issues since everyone can see exactly what's going out from us at any given moment vs waiting until morning shift report before being able to give status updates.
