Not for beginners

I have learned a very hard lesson. If you've never embroidered before in your life, the first thing you should do is determine if the product you're buying is rated easy, moderately difficult, or bloody impossible. Otherwise, you may be faced with an empty form and a list of incomprehensible instructions. (For a beginner.) But I'm persistent. It helps me get through the 2020 pandemic. I've had to break almost as many stitches as I've tightened and I haven't learned how to tie a French knot yet. But like I said, it distracts me during the siege. Anyone else crazy about shooting? I started cross stitching! CROSS STITCH! I'm dyslexic with numbers. It was not a project for those who find counting difficult. Little did I know that the "canvas" would be blank. However, I am determined to finish off the cursed beast if it kills me. Tip for beginners desperate for something to do: if you're trying cross stitch (against my advice), choose a lighter pattern. That's great, don't get me wrong. But it's not for the faint of heart. Also, the fabric is strengthened with slightly larger holes in each corner. One might think that this would make counting easier. You would be wrong. My only concern is that I used up a lot of thread because I made mistakes and had to order extra thread to finish embroidering the cream teacups on a white background. I could go blind doing this. wish me luck guys And stay safe there.
