I had a Macbook Pro in mid 2010 from a certain time when 16GB RAM was considered cool. Almost all other Macbook Pros do not support this! Looks! As for trying to revive a nine-year-old computer, it honestly didn't have as much of an impact as I would have liked, but it definitely made a difference. The laptop is still quite slow. I've thought about putting an SSD in, but I should probably admit it's on my deathbed. So far, around 7 months old, this is a good ram. Just make sure you have the right conditions for it. Smh, all these people are leaving bad reviews for not testing compatibility.
