I love how easy it was for me as an internal user of this tool, but also with our marketing team using them via their dashboard! The layout can be overwhelming at first glance if looking through analytics in general or just trying new things out; however once comfortable there are so many features available from trending topics all over your page (and even within posts/pages) down into keywords - everything really!! Have someone who works directly w us understand what types data they want vs which ones we have access too when doing research etc.; otherwise getting those answers will take some time & could cost more than anticipated because not everyone understands these tools well enough yet either :) Marketing teams use trendlytics daily along side other resources such has Google Analytics / AdWords Data Studio reports + Facebook Insights API's It really helps with analyzing traffic, looking at different sites/pages etc. The interface can be quite confusing if not used often but learning how it works takes some time. If you are trying to use this program for research purposes I'd highly recommend getting comfortable using it before making any big changes. We have been able to analyze our website's content and usage in order to make better decisions as far as future growth goes.
