I like best features are monitoring, alert system etc which you get automatically when it goes down by server side or client's computer crash due too any unhandled exception such as java exceptions (out of memory), windows popups/dialogs box crashes at run time; also web browser cache issue can be tracked easily using monitor tool! Also ability send notification directly via email about specific issues without waiting for ticket approval process!! It does not have many useful feature compared to other products available out there right now - so please try first few free versions before finalizing one! Some minor improvements may need but no major changes needed yet!! Very good product if you want just an overview over your servers health status / data usage statistics / database queries stats during working hours &amp or non work days with different graphs views options given! No much problem faced while implementing so far only some initial user configuration stuffs needs attention here :) Obkio is very easy to use, and the support is very good. The dashboard is also very easy to use, with the ability to drill down into specific areas. If you are looking for a very comprehensive tool, this might be a bit too much. However, if you are looking for a simple tool to get your network up and running, this is a great option. I have used it to troubleshoot network issues, and it has been very helpful in identifying the source of the problem.
