After a couple months of use, this bag does not show any significant signs of wear and tear. Take note, however, that the clasps are false and the bag uses magnetic closures. When using the shoulder strap with a full sized laptop and a book in the bag, the bag has a tendency to pop open. This popping action resulted in one of the shoulder strap connecting hooks putting a hole through the leather (though the hole is hardly visible). Also be warned that "New-leather smell will be eliminated after 3-5 days in a ventilated place" is not entirely accurate. The smell is PU leather and takes considerably longer to dissipate. All in all, the bag is a reasonable value, but it could use some design tweaks.
