Way too small! You will not receive a full refund.
This skirt is too small! I got Small and it looked like xxsmall. And it smelled very strongly of tire rubber. Not only was it too small, but the hole for the button hadn't even been made yet. So there was no way to find a skirt even if it fit. When I asked for a refund they didn't pay for the return shipping as they said it would be around $23 to ship. So in the end they only got half my money back and I keep the Useles skirt. I would not recommend buying this skirt.
