I usually run 15-21km a few times a week and they are great for my warm weather runs. They've incorporated mesh underwear that can compress dirt a bit at times, but it keeps everything in place well. Despite sweating so profusely that my shoes got wet, I never felt that these shorts weighed me down by holding water. The zippered back pocket holds my house keys while I run. It's not waterproof so I keep my key in a zip pouch (which also helps ensure it doesn't fall out on the go). Not sure if this will work with regular/long sleeve underwear for cold weather runs, so keep that in mind.
