Review on ITRP by Calvin Chavva

The best thing about iTrp so far has been its ability to integrate with different applications within our organization, allowing us easy access from anywhere in house or out of it! Also their support team are very responsive which makes them stand apart compared to other vendors we have used previously (i know this may sound like bias but they really do seem better than others). Not many things that dislike at present - would be great if you could set up some form of automated alerting system where when something goes wrong there's notification sent automatically via email etc. This will help ensure someone picks these issues right away rather then waiting until after hours/days later till notified by phone call / e mail. Having one place to go means all employees can get information easily without having multiple tabs open across various systems as well as getting alerts immediately instead of over days afterwards through emails/phone calls once problems arise.
