There are no purely hearing-impaired deaf "Kats ".

- Does not ring. It's not just the tiny key - the whistle itself just makes a dull lead sound when it hits something, and the tiny key does almost nothing. Plumbing pipe sounds better, so I have no idea how something so *simple* got SO BAD.
