Review on Whistling Stovetop Surgical Stianless Kmatee by Demond Clenney

Take your time boiling water

This kettle whistles but the water takes a VERY long time to boil. The kettle held 11 measuring cups of water (not 3 litres) when filled to the max mark. The handle stayed cold when the water boiled and the button on the handle kept the spout lid open while pouring without having to constantly press the button. After just one use of this kettle to boil water, a few small gray/white spots appeared on the inner bottom of the kettle and a few gray spots appeared on the outer bottom of the kettle. The empty kettle weighs 2.2 pounds. The lid closes securely and the 3.75 inch diameter opening allows your hand to easily clean the inside of the kettle. It feels solid and well built. I will use it as a backup but not for full time work due to the long boiling time of the weight. I'm baffled and disappointed that a stainless steel kettle generally gets stains and stains, especially after a single use.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • No insurance
