Wrong item in 3D Printing Consumables

I received ABS without PETG, I live outside of the US, so returning this package will cost me more than the filament itself, also PETG will cost me much more than this ABS thread I just received. Very disappointed and I really need this thread to print Covid Protecting Visor.
