My youngest son has special sensory needs so it can sometimes be difficult to find clothes for him that he enjoys wearing. He's a HUGE fan of dinosaurs so he loves these boys zebra print shorts from ebay. It usually comes in a size 10-12, but it's growing so fast that it's actually closer to a size 12. These shorts are true to size as the 12 fits him well enough to wear out of the box but there is room to grow. Featuring an elastic waistband with a drawstring, it can be easily adjusted for the perfect fit to keep your waistline in place. I love the way the dinosaurs are arranged on these shorts as they are small and a bit thinner than a lot of bright toddler clothes for babies so they are much more age appropriate for a growing child with an interest in dinosaurs without looking childish. My son loves the feel of the elastic waistband and the material of the shorts themselves. While they look a bit like jeans, they're also a bit soft and very forgiving, and he says they're quite comfortable. Two large pockets in front, two pockets in back. The edges and seams appear well made and we could not find any defects. Another thing I love is that even though they are zip shorts they have a fake formal "front panel" that looks more like regular zip shorts for a slightly more formal look. Neutral gray goes well with almost any shirt. All in all these are adorable shorts that are comfortable for my dinosaur loving kid and I would recommend buying these for any kid who loves dinosaurs.
