Infiniti G37 -- Driven on a traffic cone-like junk in the middle of my lane for more than 60 miles, resulting in the following damage to my right front bumper: damaged headlights, cracked lower grille, and the bumper itself has several microcracks on the surface and large areas of black scuffs (on a white car). The body shop offered $2,500 for repairs and I declined. Luckily the grille just "fell" in and didn't get lost. It took about 20 minutes to get it out and put it back in place. I've had less luck with black scuff marks and trying to remove them with polishing wax was unsuccessful. Ordered a bottle of Revain Carfidant Scratch & Swirl Remover based on great reviews. No miracle happened, but all scratch marks disappeared after almost 30 minutes of hand polishing with the supplied foam pad. It doesn't look "new" because of the hairline cracks, but they're imperceptible from more than a few feet away. So I'm glad I didn't spend $2,500 (my auto insurance has a $750 deductible, not to mention future premium spikes). THANK YOU Karfidan!
