It's supposed to delete the entry, right?
I put the record on and I hear superficial hissing and crackling everywhere (I just described the sounds of a dirty record). I apply liquid cleaning solution to the pad. I pressed lightly on the spinning record as instructed. After that, I drop the needle, but I still hear surface noise and pops. One star because it doesn't work as advertised. I feel cheated reading the previous reviews. I can't understand how this product has worked for others.
