You get a great cleaner for the price. I've used it on hundreds of records. It would be nice if the brush was a bit bigger to get everything at once. Probably intended for the 45s. Didn't break a single record.

Replaces my ancient wood and velvet panel cleaner. It's plastic, not wood, but that doesn't matter. If you buy it cheap (check available sellers!) then it's a killer deal. I paid less than 1/3 the price for this kit at my local music store and use it all the time.

This is an excellent value for money product. Fast shipping, great packaging and item as described. We recently inherited a huge collection of records that had been in storage for years. They were all very dirty with dust etc and after using this product they all looked brand new. The best part. It was so easy to use. Highly recommended and would buy again.

I recently took my albums out of storage and installed my turntable. They needed some care and cleaning for use. I've bought both this and the so-called D4 dishwasher I used 30 years ago. This vinyl styl kit has everything you need to tidy up your albums, plus some good videos online that explain what you need. It arrived on time and well packaged.

I put the record on and I hear superficial hissing and crackling everywhere (I just described the sounds of a dirty record). I apply liquid cleaning solution to the pad. I pressed lightly on the spinning record as instructed. After that, I drop the needle, but I still hear surface noise and pops. One star because it doesn't work as advertised. I feel cheated reading the previous reviews. I can't understand how this product has worked for others.

Especially for this price I can recommend this product without hesitation. The velvet on the brush fits and gets caught in the grooves of the record. I brush it back and forth in a groove with plenty of my own cleaning solution. You can feel the brush sitting in the grooves as it doesn't move against/perpendicular to the groove. I then use a vacuum with a special felt-covered nozzle to suck out the cleaning solution and repeat this with just distilled water. Recordings are very clean! Perhaps…

Good price, works well but there are two big issues - the cleaning pad is black so you don't know which of the two edges have been cleaned and which have not. drying (RCA equivalent does not have this problem).
