Everything is OK! fits stands and chassis

It takes two bodies to handle a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood or long material, but of course I live alone most of the time, there is no one in my second house. In my main house I have the same table saw and an older adjustable stand that looks handmade. Height-adjustable and ball-bearing roller for loading and unloading parts. It works amazing. It's not pretty, but it adjusts easily to any height, and the roller on top makes it easy for the stuff to slide. I bought this Rockwell stand hoping to get the same benefit but was somewhat ruined by my other stand. I think the worst thing about this Rockwell stand is the mechanical height adjustment. Not thought through at all. It's a friction fit, so loosen the wing nut (large plastic) and then twist the adjuster left and right and pull up to get the height you want. It is limited in height and this wobbling process is rather impractical. It then has a little micro knob that you can turn to fine tune the height and you can play with 2 inches. The tripod stand is solid so there's no risk of falling, but there's no roller at the top for easy handling. the material you are pushing through. If you accidentally miss a height adjustment by an inch or two, then stop in the middle of a cut we're all unfamiliar with, adjust it up or down, and then try to continue? Bad idea. Don't get me wrong, you can get this working if you don't know how best to do it, but having an easily adjustable stand with handcrafted casters, I know it's possible. without rocking the friction fit pipe up and down and putting a couple of rollers on it. Luckily I didn't pay too much for it so can't really complain but it could have been better. much better.
