We live in Florida so we drink iced tea all year long. For years I had a Nespresso iced tea maker that had a glass pitcher. I broke 3 of them and replaced them at a cost of $43 each. When the 4th one broke I decided to look for a new iced tea maker and found this one. It cost less than replacing the glass pitcher and it works just the same so nothing new to get used to. I use 3 Luzianne large size iced tea bags (decaf) which I also get on Ebay, just put them in the brew basket, fill the tank with water, the pitcher with ice and push GO. That's all there is to it and it makes really great iced tea. If you're looking for a new iced tea pitcher don't hesitate to buy this one, you can't go wrong.
