I love that you can have everything in one place so it's easy to access all of your records at once! It seems like there is always something wrong with this software, but they seem pretty responsive when we do find an issue or problem (which has been very rare). Definitely use their support team if things aren't working properly as soon as possible - sometimes issues may be overlooked because people are busy elsewhere during business hours etc., however our phone calls/emails tend get answered rather quickly which makes us feel more comfortable using them versus other companies who don't offer such great service via email /phone communication. We would say overall vetcloud works well most times; occasionally glitches occur where some information doesn’t transfer correctly between vets' offices though again these problems usually work themselves out after contacting customer care department promptly &.
