VetCloud Review

I like that they are able to track appointments, billing, and other vet services through their system. They have helped us with scheduling since we started using them in 2014. The software is not user friendly at all! It can be very confusing and hard to navigate sometimes. Vetcloud has been great though because it allows me to access my files from anywhere. I love that you can have everything in one place so it's easy to access all of your records at once! It seems like there is always something wrong with this software, but they seem pretty responsive when we do find an issue or problem (which has been very rare). Definitely use their support team if things aren't working properly as soon as possible - sometimes issues may be overlooked because people are busy elsewhere during business hours etc., however our phone calls/emails tend get answered…

I like that it is easy to use and has all the features you need, as well as the ability to add additional features if needed. It is user friendly and does not require much training. The ability to track appointments, billing, clients, insurance claims in one place makes things run smoother.
