I received my exercise bike Bell Motivator Mag last week and have used it a few times. Aside from some initial difficulties swapping my axle for the one supplied (to protect my own, which also fits) and then balancing the bike to line it up with the center of the idle adjustment knob, assembly of the bike wasn't all that difficult. A second person would help stabilize the bike. The bike sits very securely in the frame, doesn't wobble or move while riding. I don't have a stretcher and don't feel the need to get one, although I know a lot of people use one. Tension and intensity are easily adjusted with the pulley adjustment knob or by simply shifting gears on the bike. I find it actually gives me a more intense ride (at least for now) than road riding as I'm pedaling faster than usual, but I bought it for winter cardio, which is good. As for the noise. The attached video is set against the episode of Gossip Girl, you can hear the TV volume at the end of the episode. I put the treadmill on the bathmat because it creates a lot of noise and vibration on the floor. I live on the second floor of a shared house and the noise and vibration generated by this machine is so great that I can only politely use it when my neighbors are not home or they are being bothered by noise. Overall I'd say it's pretty cool and just what I wanted. I can ride my bike in winter and keep fit for spring and bike rides. If I lived alone in the house, the noise wouldn't be a problem, but in a shared house (apartment, etc.) it means a limitation of use.
