Well. until it breaks.

I bought this item 2 months ago for school (cooking school). I did some research and thought it would be good .And it has been for a while.I don't know what happened last week but it stopped working.It won't give accurate readings.I recalibrated it twice and it's still not working properly.I had high hopes for it , having gone through candy making with no problems, overall a good thermometer until it breaks.
