Easy Installation - Foam hole recommended for permanent installation

Nice padding to cover a standard doorknob or lock hole. It is very easy to install and center. The finish holds the color well. My only concern is that it will loosen over time. For example, to solve this problem, I used "Great Stuff" foam insulation foam and shot it through the pothole. The foam holds the pad firmly in place and reduces if not water ingress. This of course also insulates the door from heat or heat loss through the original opening. If you've never used expanding foam before, check out YouTube for instructions and how to avoid the mess.
