Perfect for the KitchenAid Bowl Stand Mixer. The individual baits are solid and a lot heavier than I expected (not bad). We made pasta dough using a friends recommended recipe and while it took some learning to get the best results, the process of getting the dough to the right thickness and then cutting it into spaghetti noodles was very easy and pleasant. We haven't played with the fettuccine cutter yet, but I expect it will work great. then I cleaned everything with the supplied brush. Everything neat and tidy. I am really impressed with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone asking for it.
