Not 1 kg, but only approx. 700 g, loosely wound on a spool.

The name was misleading but the price was low enough that it's still a good deal. The thread itself is reliable, but the winding was poor. It seems to have been wrapped too loosely and got stuck within minutes of my first use. I have since taken all the filament off the spool and wound the filament tighter onto the other spool and it works fine. Get ready to unwind the bobbin and wind it up properly on the other spindle! It's cheap but worth the price. Only buy 700g, not the 1kg mentioned in the vague label.
