Bad design. The package came in a minimalist white box with a very small logo on the outside; I assume the product was designed to be sold online, I'm ok with that, it's 2020 now. I open it so the whole lighter is stiff, I don't know why, but I was expecting that the neck sags. The box also includes a short 6" micro USB cable packaged alongside the lighter. Both are packaged in a small plastic bag. The packaging is unfussy and unboxing was easy. I prefer this as I no longer have the packaging than one gonna watch a few seconds the lighter itself has two plastic stickers on the handle with warnings and usage instructions i read the labels take it off and press the cleaning button on the side the button lights up but the lighter does nothing i have played around with the lighter and found that it turns on intermittently when I press the button and also it only seems to work SOMETIMES when I press a certain angle of the small clear button the lighter still works, I bought it, to light candles and it does its job well when it gets tired of turning it on.I like the idea but the intermittent operation of the device is disappointing and seems unreliable. Overall I'm disappointed, I was hoping it would "just work".
