Most of their team members are very professional in helping with any questions you might have! It's not too expensive at all for one-time use only (i think). They do great job when there is no guarantee they will be able to get me coverage because most times I am competing against much bigger companies than theirs so this helps my chances greatly as well. Sometimes we can't find anything new until hours after posting something but once found its hard getting into our target articles/tweets etc since often many people jump online immediately like crazy haha.
