Dorman distributors are not the best, but they are the best under $300. I got a used manifold for free so for the money it was even better. New "gaskets" were required, doorman manifolds use special O-rings to seal. Early 2-valve engines use a 615-178 manifold, later 2-valve engines use a 615-175 manifold. The original replacement gasket kits were part numbers 615-178G and 615-175G, now both have been replaced with part numbers 615-175GA. The 615-175GA model has inlet gaskets for both head types, you only get 8 additional gaskets of one type or the other that you don't need. With this kit you have the gaskets you need for every Doorman manifold. These gaskets are only suitable for Dorman brand manifolds.
