Review on 🚗 Enhance Your BM-W X5 E70 / X6 E71 Suspension with Docas Air Spring Air Suspension - 37126790080 RH by Josh Whitehead

Ordered these for my 2013 e70 X5, after opening the box I immediately noticed that these bags are about the same length as the factory bags but are MUCH thinner. I thought it might be a 'new and improved' design so I didn't think much about it and installed them on my SUV. After the installation is complete, I turn on the truck to start the autolevel. Procedure. The truck almost reaches the desired height, but then stops. I looked under the truck to see the bags and noticed that the top and bottom clasps on both bags were still attached BUT the center elastic portion of BOTH bags was fully unrolled and folded in half! If I had driven like that at all, they would have burst immediately! I removed the bags but it was physically impossible to roll back the bags by hand, they must be rolled by the manufacturer using some sort of machine. I suspect that the thin diameter of the bags meant they were unstable, causing them to turn sideways and fold in half during inflation. I have since returned them and installed a set of more expensive Arnott bags with no problems. Arnott bags are roughly the same diameter as the factory bags.
