Review on MasterBox Q300L Micro-ATX Tower with Magnetic Dust Filter, Acrylic Side Panel, Adjustable I/O & Ventilated Airflow, in Black by Mateusz Michalak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

To accommodate motherboards of an unsupported size, in principle, you don’t even need to make any holes here, buy any set of additional legs-racks for the motherboard and twist them one-by-other with the input thread to the back of the case. The remaining 6 screws are enough to hold the motherboard in place - but so that the board does not walk when it cools down, it would be better to have this kind of support. With this placement, the power supply will not fit into the case - not at all, but it doesn’t seem to matter at all, since you can fit virtually any motherboard and video card into this case. As for full-sized hard drives, by default you have only 1 place where you can put it. But in principle, since the intake of air by the cooler from bottom to top in this case is not effective due to low legs - and there is the same perforation on the bottom as on the front panel - you can put the number of washers on the bottom panel of 3-4 disks - in the classic horizontal position. Only considering its price and unrealistic opportunities for ing - I give it 5 stars, because it is obvious that this building is specifically for the . Don't want to - take fractal design meshify c, because otherwise q300l will only disappoint you.

Pros
  • Low price, good looking. Convenient SSD mounting system, you can place 4 SSDs or laptop hard drives with it. You can put a FULL-ATX motherboard into this case, in principle even an E-ATX (but see below for special conditions). Large CPU coolers with 14cm fans can easily fit in. And long video cards with 3 large coolers up to 36cm!
Cons
  • This is a case for medium budget systems. Pretty cheap metal - flexes effortlessly. You can install 5-6 coolers in this case, unfortunately you will have to install them, since the air passage is limited by the mesh filter and perforation. Yes, you could install a water cooling system on the processor in this case, only it will work 30-40% worse due to rare perforation.
