I returned this item because it was too thick, too hot and too tight for me at the moment. When I weighed 125 pounds. I would like this item to be medium or maybe even large in size so it has compression and shape but still has freedom of movement. This is a good buy for this type of support. I have very hot weather right now. I am 5 feet and 98 pounds. I don't look super skinny in traditional inelastic support clothing. The little one turned me into a vintage lace-up belt, but with more comfort. Not suitable for me at the moment.
