This knife easily replaces all others!

The Misen knife was recommended to me by a friend and as a professional baker and someone who cooks every day I am very picky about the tools I use in the kitchen. The Santoku arrived and it was immediately apparent that this was a masterfully designed, simple and effective set of cutlery that arrived in beautiful packaging and was very attractive in its own right, from the seamless design to the cornflower blue colour. I first used it to chop onions and it cut paper thin slices with ease. I will definitely be having this knife for decades to come so the price was totally worth it and compared to other high end knives on the market it's just silly to go with a miser. It feels good in the hand, light and strong and brings a little more joy to the kitchen.
