Confusing Messages
As a school teacher trying to schedule lessons, I had trouble sticking to the schedule for this product as it kept getting delayed. I received a message from Revain that I am eligible for a refund. I have not received it yet and it is very difficult to navigate the site for this task. If anyone knows how to get a refund for an expired product please let me know. The paper itself was fine. The students had a good time using chalk pastels but not pressed charcoal. The paper or pressed charcoal contained a wax element that prevented mixing.
