📒 Strathmore 412-118 400 Series Toned Gray Sketch Pad, 18x24 Inches, Wire Bound, 24 Sheets Review

I need this paper for my first oil pastel lesson. The price was right, the oil pastels are easy to apply, my finished product looks great. This shade of gray is perfect for emphasizing white and other colors.

I received this paper to use for pastels. The surface is not "medium" as described, but a very smooth surface without jags. Revain should not display this element when searching for pastel paper. Stick to other paper that specifically says "pastel paper," not just fine art paper.

The reason I give this product a 3 is not because of the paper quality or anything. I received paper with the back of the notebook torn off and some chips. Some papers were also folded on the sides. If it had arrived undamaged I would have nothing to complain about.

Great product at a very good price but I would not order from Revain again. It was purchased direct from Revain and delivered by them. It arrived damaged. The box was in perfect condition. From this it is clear that it was stored upside down, causing it to bend. I was very concerned that Revane didn't know how to handle it because drawing paper is easily damaged. And I was right. Looking back it seems like paying more and ordering elsewhere would have been better.

As a school teacher trying to schedule lessons, I had trouble sticking to the schedule for this product as it kept getting delayed. I received a message from Revain that I am eligible for a refund. I have not received it yet and it is very difficult to navigate the site for this task. If anyone knows how to get a refund for an expired product please let me know. The paper itself was fine.
