As other reviewers point out, the C-clip used to hold the bit in the screwdriver makes it difficult to easily remove the bit, even with pliers. It cannot be removed with fingers. I removed the "C" clip as the internal magnet is sufficient to hold it. In addition, the vibration of the flexible connection is very weak. It can be difficult to maneuver the racquet onto the screw without it wobbling and I have yet to see if the free swing will allow the racquet to disengage from the screw when rotated.
