Review on 🔴 Red POWER PROBE IV Master Combo Kit - PPKIT04, Including PPECT3000 and Various Accessories by James Lighting

I hate to give reviews unless the product is exceptionally good or bad. I spent hours with an ect 3000 trying to find a short on a Toyota Corolla and before it was over I had the entire dash, a few pieces of trim, console and trunk. I like the concept of the product, but the readings don't match. I was able to go the same route with the tool and get different results, causing me to pull out unneeded panels. For me, the small scanning device was almost useless. However, the other part of the device that is connected to the battery will emit a serial alarm tone with a different tone for a short or open circuit. This allowed me to walk without using my hands to turn off circuits to find shorts. This would replace the (less expensive) bulb mechanic used in the past to find shorts. The other device, the IV tube, is excellent and well thought out. I would give it 5 stars but my issue is that the overall packaging with ect 3000 is too tight for the case unless you can roll all the wire back to manufacturing specs. I own a workshop and money is time. If the device saves me time by fixing the problem quickly, but costs me time fiddling with it all day to get it back in the case, then there's no real benefit. The case should have enough space to store the device, cable, and accessories with ease, otherwise you may toss the tech aside and make a note to file later because you don't have time to put up with it. This makes it vulnerable to damage or loss, reducing product effectiveness and profitability. Overall, I see no more than 3 stars for this product.
