I like this tool and I think it's a very good deal. My only concern is that it has to be a bit bigger because it's almost impossible to put everything back in once you've taken it out. Also, it would be nice to pay a little more and get an extension instead of paying $100 for it now.

Purchased to find or fix electrical issues I was having with my 4WD truck. I was able to quickly find a few cable faults after reading instructions and a few videos. I have little experience with this tool. I should have bought this before changing parts, I thought we were bad ones that were perfectly fine. Buying it would be cheaper in the long run.

What I don't like about this set is the case. Please fix this. The probe worked like magic and diagnosed a spooky electrical problem in my car. This set was gifted to my husband and he gave it 5 stars. However, the case pinches wires because it is too small, which can damage the device. The moment you open the case, everything falls out. I'm only buying the tool box for this set. You should too.

I used this twice to check battery voltage after buying it. The second time I hooked it up to a battery I went to check the voltage on the same battery and it sparked like it was shorted and getting hot. Tried a third time with a different battery and same thing. I tried sending it back to Revain and they referred me to the supplier. You never contacted me. So I'm out of the cost of it and I'm not happy. My original performance probe lasted many years. It sucks! No Stars!

This is a mechanical find! Everyone knows that electrical problems are often the hardest to solve, but this set makes them easy to solve. The power probe is easy to use thanks to its ergonomics and button controls. The reason I gave it 3 stars for ease of use is you really need to know what you are doing with the power probe or you could destroy expensive electrical components. I hate to give reviews unless the product is exceptionally good or bad. I spent hours with an ect 3000 trying to find a short on a Toyota Corolla and before it was over I had the entire dash, a few pieces of trim, console and trunk.
