I just installed it yesterday but so far I am very impressed with it. The build quality is remarkable and it appears to be very well made (as it should be for the price). Time will tell how long this lasts. The instructions aren't great, but they are useful and guide you through the installation process. Please note - this is serious gear. The door I installed it on is hollow and the panels are relatively thin. Initially, the weight of this lock made it unstable no matter how hard I tightened the set screws. I installed the door reinforcement kit and now it feels tight and strong. The controls work well and the fingerprint scanner works perfectly. You need to make sure the lock is "awake" and then the fingerprint reader will work the first time. I should also mention that he "speaks". It will tell you when to lock and unlock, and prompt you to "Create Bluetooth Administrator" during setup. I don't know if this feature can be disabled. It doesn't bother me, but some installations can cause problems. There are several ways to open the lock; Combination, fingerprint reader, key, phone app and key fob. Everything worked fine. The application looks high-quality and multifunctional. Highly recommended.
