Functions! Compatible but not quite OEM
I was able to install it and it seems to work fine. Compared to the OEM, the metal is noticeably thinner and the cut-outs for the cable holes are slightly different, but that doesn't cause any problems in my experience. The OEM's lasted 21 years on my van so even if those last ones were a third I'd be happy as this van certainly won't last another 21 years.
