Review on ICARIS Grant Management by Jacob Ferrarini

I have been using this product for over 4 years now as my main tool to manage all of our grants (both large corporate donors & smaller local/regional partners). The interface is intuitive - very easy-to use with minimal training required by any staff member who uses it regularly during their day job! There are some minor issues that we've seen from time to times but nothing major enough not be able solve them ourselves or get help at customer support desk if needed; otherwise no complaints so far about functionality itself nor service provided within 24 hours response guarantee when something goes wrong while working online via web browser only :) We're managing multiple projects across different funder types which makes project tracking easier than before because you can keep track easily what's going where thanks also having access remotely without being physically present there helps us save travel expenses too ;) Also great feature allowing me send emails.
